1. MAKE THE TIME. The Intensive is in the #GrowYourLife Facebook Group, and you’ll be able to watch all the sessions in there! Be sure that you make the time to actually watch the trainings. If you need to re-watch at a later time that's OK too, but you won't get anything out of this if you don't show up.

2. JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUP. This intensive will be held in a private Facebook group - #GrowYourLife University Community. If you’re not in there already, request to join. We did this so you can have the community aspect of being at an in-person challenge. Also, it will allow us to have easy communication with everyone.

3. MAKE A POST IN THE GROUP. As soon as you join the group, make a post, either go LIVE on video or make a post and tell us a) your name, b) what your business is, and c) what you're expecting to get from this intensive. If this is a stretch for you, then GOOD! That's even more of a reason for you to do it.

Where is the intensive held?

This intensive will be held in a private Facebook group!

Can I download the videos?

No, but you WILL be able to watch and rewatch the recordings at any time during these 3 days in the Facebook group!

These sessions will be available to watch until they are taken down, so you will want to watch before then.

How long are the sessions?

Each session will be about one hour.

Can I participate without Facebook?

You need to have a Facebook profile to participate since the challenge will be held in a private Facebook group.

I missed the session! How do I watch it?
